Businesses and projects

Ideas
become enterprise.

Building a business means giving ideas continuity, bringing skills together and taking responsibility for the choices we make.

Founder and CEO

An entrepreneurial project.
A way of working.

At Gruppo ECP, I bring a vision that connects business governance, organisation, people and technology. The ECP Method I created gives this approach structure: start with evidence, build connections and review the results.

Financial leadership, management control, process design and project coordination are perspectives to bring together. Their value emerges when they help the organisation make better decisions and work more effectively.

Technology enters this process as a tool that serves the work. Before configuring a platform, we need to understand the steps, dependencies and responsibilities involved.

CEO and cofounder

DatasecRansomWall

Protecting what makes
the future possible.

I am CEO and cofounder of Datasec, the cybersecurity company behind RansomWall. I bring the perspective of someone whose role is to connect innovation with organisational governance.

Cybersecurity concerns business continuity, information assets, people and trust. Technology choices have consequences that call for dialogue between leadership and specialist expertise.

My contribution focuses on leading the company and developing the business: clarifying priorities, connecting skills and keeping the direction consistent.

Responsibilities across projects

A business comes into focus
through different perspectives.

Step back to understand the wider context.

01 / Financial leadership

Sustainable
decisions.

Planning, budgets, cash flow and management control. Connecting financial information to the responsibilities of leadership.

02 / Organisation

The quality of
working together.

Processes, responsibilities and collaboration. Making the relationship between goals, activities and skills clear.

03 / Transformation

Sustaining
change.

Project and programme management. Supporting the move from decisions to implementation, while observing what changes.

My experience spans healthcare, services, consulting, technology and public administration. Each setting calls for listening and a careful understanding of its particular conditions.
